I resently got the Lago F-16, and the only thing i dont like about it is that it trims too much, as in, you cannot get it to fly strait for long. always to much up or to much down. is there a way i can tweak it so that its a little less responsive?

Wrong forum dude. You need to look in the FS9 or Payware forum. This is the forum for tweaking your system, not your aircraft.
However to answer your q,the .cfg should work.

[flight_tuning]
cruise_lift_scalar =1.000
parasite_drag_scalar =1.000
induced_drag_scalar =1.000
elevator_effectiveness =1.000
aileron_effectiveness =1.101
rudder_effectiveness =1.500
pitch_stability =1.000
roll_stability =0.800
yaw_stability =1.000
elevator_trim_effectiveness =1.500
aileron_trim_effectiveness =1.000
rudder_trim_effectiveness =1.000
See the line for "elevator_trim_effectiveness =1.500"
Back your config..and adjust that....This comes from a "Payware Beaver" with the same problem...
