This is probably the best pay-ware release ever for FS9. Totally new ground textures for the whole world, all seasons! I can't reccomend this product enough. It is just so awesome! Here is a link to the download page http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=ge2006

It looks just as good at flight level 350 as it does 500 feet off the ground. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

I'm biased as I've been involved with Peter and Anthony for a few months but they have done a superb job!

Aww crap, now I have to shell out another $30  :( I knew I should have bought this insted of BEV (not saying BEV is bad, but this looks MUCH!! better)

Yeah from reading the forums your BEV stuff will be scraped installing this package.

Currently with the new computer i only have Ultimate Terrain USA and Canada and Alaska along with FSGlobal 2005 and it appears that this stuff works fine together! so i may give it a whirl.

Been using Reality Pack (freeware) and it looks rather similar so I better go get downloading dial up will take me into next week LOL!

If you all ready have BEV installed when you install GE it will backup all textures, just open up the Ground Enviroment exe and restore previous textures. You can fly in which ever one strikes your fancy. The thing I enjoy about GE is you get all seasons around the world for one price, unlike FScene or BEV where you have to buy each season.

Just a note, they have released a small patch to fix the autogen problem.

Well i ended up buyng GE and added Flight Enviroment, these along with Ultimate Terrain (most features disabled) and FS Global 2005 have just given me a brand new sim!

No hit on performance or frames even at the busy airports.
Recommend checking this out!

It is funny I now have a sim that looks like or better than any screeny I have seen of FSX!! Don't think the new release will be able to add much more, lol!
