Well, for one you don't have to install every airline manually like you would with PAI.

I have UT and i love it!
It has the best interface which has timetables and a flight-board like at an airport, and it comes with a TCAS gauge and the "palmspotter" to see where the AI flights are going. In short: Buy it!

Just a thought as you may want to consider Just Flight Traffic 2005, there was a good review of it on Flightsim.com I think

It's got lots of airlines, good simulation of timetables and also the planes it uses can be flown as flyable aircraft in most cases.  I think it also addresses some issues with the 'realism' of the schedules, the only downside is you have to wait about 15 minutes for the whole thing to get going, (aircraft taxi, arrivals to come in etc), but that's usually the time when you're configuring your aircraft and setting your flight plan so it doesnt matter.

Size on disc is 1.71GB.

Hussein.

Ultimate Traffic is the best $29 bucks you'll ever spend on FS9. PERIOD.
