Are you sure you're putting the details in EXACTLY  as you did when you bought it? ie, Caps, spacing, etc. Other than that, for an expensive payware, i'd expect 100% customer service and support from them.

Gotta go with simonmd......Dont' copy and paste...enter everything by typing....
Also...it will probably matter how you contacted them....Remember it's still the christmas holiday's!
