Just bought the FS Genisis American Roads/Rivers/Data...and took off from my home airport, KDET, and went out serching for the biggest road in Detroit...and guess what, it wasn't there! >:(

And furthermore, 'Lakeshore Dr.' was 3 miles inland >:(

Wow...can I get my money back?

While I can see how you feel, did you search and read the forums they have, and asked if these roads were accurately shown?  I know you probably thought they would be there but I personally wait a few months and then read feedback on payware and freeware products.

Stormtrooper,

I have had that scenery addition for quite a while....... and have found all the roads aroud here............. including the tiny, TINY ones are right where thay should be.  This was a far, FAR case from the default MS roads and rivers and railways.

Are you SURE that your install worked?  It should be a VERY obvious change to the default scenery.

best,

Strange.

I'd suggest that you check out the American Roads info on the FSGenesis forums to try to figure out what your issues are.  I fould the install simple and it worked great first time.  I have also added the "Roads Repaver" from the FSGenisis site.  That too works great on my system.

I wonder if they currently have a corupt file on their download server?

best,

...............john
