You should have gotten an email with the link for the V35
And it is good for three downloads.  I have almost all the Carenado aircraft and havent had any problems with them  ;D
I have emailed them in the past about a couple things, and they have always responded very promptly....

hmm...I had a problem once where the transaction didn't go through for like 10 minutes so I went ahead and tried again...needless to say I ended up with two copies of the email and files, so I e-mailed them and within the day they had credited my account and I went back and bought the other christmas package that was out too!
