After purchasing their Lysander I wouldn't go anywhere near it. From the screenshots I've seen of it, I think it looks very poor...
At simmarket.com they have it at 14Euros ($18/

Pass on that one - I doubt it is.
However, Shigeru Tanaka's P-51 may be a viable alternative - I looks a bit better than the Icarus ones and has had very good reviews, and is freeware, and may well work in FS2002
