Engine Problems PMDG737NG

sometimes when I'm in the 737 one of the engines won't be operated by the thrusters. It's on and I've tried pressing E +1,2 but that doesn't work.
can anyone help???

I have had that problem come up a few times.  Trying to think...I think it's been fixed with the -800/-900 update.
