Eurowings Pro ATR 42/72

Hi all Hope someone can help me.
I have purchased and installed Aerosoft's Eurowings Professional package. The Airbus a319 and the bae 146's all fly fine but the full range of ATR 42 and 72's are causing me a problem.. They take off fine but I cant get them to decend, The just seem to continue to rise... I have checked my joystick and it is calibated file (plus it works fine for all my other aircraft)
Has anyone got any ideas

This thread belongs in the payware forum, but I can fully understand if you missed it, it's located far below this forum =)
Anyways, the Atr 42/72 works completely different than the jets since we're dealing with turboprops here which have power levers, prop levers and fuel condition levers.
How do you do when you're descending?
Which levers do you manipulate, etc?
Could also be an autoflight issue...however I have that package and I have never had any issues with descents.
Looking forward to Flight1's ATR though, that will be a kickass addon...

Once upon a time at Pre-takeoff I would have to trim my trim wheel back several degrees more than I think I should just to get it off the ground. Then immediatley at wheels up, I seem to have to trim it more forward than the previous neutral position so that I have full capability of the yoke but there may be a reason for this-
Take a look at your fuel and payload screen and you may see that your CG is way to far back. (Move some the large people, like myself, toward the front of the plane in the seating information page) Also I have noticed that my ATR's start out about 6000 lbs over max weight, so check that out as well.
This will definitley give you fits.
Change your fuel capacity to 60% in each tank as this is standard protocol for the ATR's (short flights) according to the "real life" manual. This alone has improved my manuverability in my 42's and 72's.
I spend the majority of my sim time in the ATR 42 or one of the BAe 146's. I am very pleased with mine, the only dislike I have is that I just wished that all the planes had VC's. Its funny that you never hear more about it on here.
