Speech recognition...to ATC

Is there a program out there which I can use to literally speak to ATC. (I don't mean Flight Assistant 2).

For example ATC say to me;"Cessna 123 cleared to take off runway etc".
I would reply say "Cessna 123 cleared to take take off etc", speaking outloud back to the simulator.

There is one, -Voice buddy- but it costs a bomb!
I wondered if there was anything out there that's cheaper.
