Landing the captian sim's F-104

Guys I have baught the F-104 from captian sim and I need to learn how to land it I drop it out of the sky and this is on every landing I have read teh POH pilots operating handbook over and over and still drop it in can any one give me hints on it?

I don't have this model (yet), but I've flown several 104 models, try flying into the runway at around 190-200 knots with as gentle a decent rate as you can hold with about 7 degrees nose up over the threshold 8)

Hi Awash, the 104 has to be one of the hardest planes to land. Below 250 knts she handles like a dog. Like Craig said you need to get the wheels down on the deck at about 200 knts.
What I did to master it was setup a landing at Heathrow where I'm on final and save it, then just keep slamming it into the deck (about a dozen times before I got the perfect technique, I even crashed twice!) until I could kiss the tarmac perfectly.
The real 104 was known as the Widow-Maker for a reason, she killed a lot of pilots. A good thing to look at is this review of the  Captain Sim 104 at http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?$=main ... r/star.htm (sorry Pete), it covers a lot of the problems ;)

Well awash, I got her!! Yep, I got it last night(stayed up till after minight, so my direct deposit would have some money in the acct. ;D ) I'll take her up for a test flight today and see how she does, and will let ya know.

BTW I sent ya a PDF manual for Falcon4 SP3, hope ya like it. ;)
