Can you do for P3Dv5.4 (PBR)?

That one is quite a grey area for me...

I've never owned a copy of P3D, but there is the possibility of me being able to use ModelConverterX to preview whether it works. I can, however, repaint any aircraft that is compatible with both FSX and P3D, as there are many of those that exist.

Is there a particular livery you have in mind?
