I can't wait for the VC-10. I used to watch them take off and land at Bermuda back in the early 70's when the U.S.Navy shared the airport. Beautiful aircraft but one thing I remember about them was that they didn't like cross winds during engine run up prior to take off. Quite often heard "Compressor Stalls" as surge events were referred to as back then.

Now that I think about it the VC-10 was the first "Non North American" aircraft I ever saw. My dad always told me to watch out for those foreign gals, they'll steal your heart.

An Aircraft Mechanic only needs two tools, Duct Tape and WD40.
If it moves and it's not supposed to - use the Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and it's supposed to - use the WD40.

Just flight has some great stuff. I recently purchased the AIRBUS LONG HAUL COLLECTION
It has three different Models of the Air Bus A330-200 -300 and the A340-200-300
with Eight distinct flight models and 150 different liveries over all of the models
This was a great buy and I love the realistic engine sounds of the Rolls-Royce engines on the A340-200-300 have,
sounds just like the real thing.
It did take some getting use to as there is no knob to set your course to it is all handled by the Flight computer and no GPS/NAVswitch either
so all you need is to input the ILS frequency in Nav1 and it will know the correct course definitely different.
The other thing I discovered you cannot open the cargo doors by using the tail hook or wing fold options you have to click on a tab on the main panel to open and close them.
Shift+E will open the main door though.
this is the link that will show what all you get in this package
