The sale is running today, for a few more hours.
I just got the F-100 and the new Huey at half price, excellent !
The will join my P3D hangar and fit nicely next to the F-4, the F-15 and the Sabre I already bought in the past :)

An Aircraft Mechanic only needs two tools, Duct Tape and WD40.
If it moves and it's not supposed to - use the Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and it's supposed to - use the WD40.

I chose to use this sale to buy the new UH-1C / UH-1H Huey "Redux", but for some reason when I paid via Paypal there was no place to enter the 50% off code.

Well, I managed to get this resolved by emailing them & explaining the situation & about an hour later they got back to me with a refund!

Must say their customer service is good!

Now to get home & load this whirly-bird a go!

Funny really, I've been reading Guts N Gunships by Mark Garrison, a biographical account of how he trained to be a Huey pilot & his tour of duty in "Nam. So far it's been a good read!

When you buy an aircraft from them, you click on the orange "add to cart" button.
This brings a new window in which you have the choice to order in the usual way or by paypal.
If you look closely that window, just above the paypal logo and the button to order, there's a link telling something like "got a coupon code ?" just next to the total price. That's where you have to enter the coupon code, then the price is reduced, and you can then click on the paypal logo to pay.

LOL! I know that but I do appreciate the advice!

I think I missed the little box due to my glasses breaking so I'm back to an old pair from a few years ago! :ugeek:

I've not even had the chance to take the Huey up for a flight yet! I've finally managed to get a job after 8 years (being deaf & having Treacher Collins Syndrome, I found it pretty much impossible to get a job  ) So once I get in, have my dinner, I so knackered to do anything!

Thanks again,

Keith.
