I love the Beaver and spend a lot of time flying it, including the Aerosoft version. Much as I appreciate the idea of a new one - better? eye candier? - there are still a lot of fine aircraft that haven't been developed by talented people who could bring a whole new experience to the table. For example, I happen to like helicopters (I flew them professionally for 20+ years) and would get very excited about an updated S-76, or the old S-58, both round motor and PT-6 turbine versions, or the AS365 Twin Dauphin and it's progenitor the AS360 Dauphin (single turbine engine), etc., etc. There are plenty of fixed wings that could use a skilled developer's touch, like the Piper PA-23 Apache (the forerunner of the PA-23 Aztec), or some of the 1930's racers, or the Sud Caravelle airliner, etc., etc.
I like MilViz and have a few of their products. I just think it would be nice to address some aircraft that haven't been done rather than rehash something that, while perhaps a bit dated, has been doing okay for a long time.
