I was very tempted to buy that scenery, mainly for the nostalgia factor.
However, the problem is that it stands in the middle of nowhere. In the default FSX/P3D scenery, the region surrounding this airport is just empty and quite boring to fly over. And I doubt FTX Global could do anything about that.
Did you buy that scenery ?

Not yet. I can wait for the usual Christmas sale. And if not next Christmas, then the one after. As you said, for nostalgia's sake.

As for it being in the middle of nowhere, you're absolutely right (sorry Chicagoans).
