I got an email today from Alabeo pushing a Holiday Sale. Up to 70% off. I already pillaged the hell out of Carenado in the last two weeks, but I went ahead and took the plunge on an Alabeo title I've been eyeing since I bought their two great ag planes, C207 and C195 back in the summer. I also have the Staggerwing, which I've had a while. I almost bought the Pitts, too, and if I get off as light for kids Xmas as I think, I'll have it by the 31st. I have plenty of V35 and YMF to hold me over till then.

I like the old round-engine bi-planes.

I am lucky enough to live about 6 miles from Waco Field and the Waco Museum where they have the annual flyin every autumn. It is a great event and I have had the pleasure of photographing many a great looking Waco that sound wonderful in the air and still look fantastic on the ground. You can tell by looking at these planes how much the owners love them by the meticulous care and attention they receive. Anyone who buys the Alabeo Waco will love it. It is a great flying plane and it looks and sounds almost as good as a real one. You won't be sorry and it is one heck of a bargain at that price. I got mine when it first came out. GREAT JOB ALABEO!
