Some highly maneuverable fighters are very twitchy. The Douglas A-4 Skyhawk is one such bird. they are easy to over control. These fighters are highly unstable and that is why they are so good in a fight. You might try slowing down the sim rate to 1/2 until you are familiar with the control input and then speed it back up to normal. They just take a lot of practice. Remember, that is why so few pilots ever qualify to fly top of the line fighters. You've got to have the "right stuff" to master these beasts.

I just downloaded and flew the Alpha version of the Eurofighter and found it to be pretty darned easy. I landed at about 165 kts. on the NASA shuttle landing strip. Another good place to practice with fighter jets is Edwards AFB in California, long runways and lots of room to land anywhere in the vicinity.

Might also help if you supplied what frame rates you are getting. 30fps is about the best I can get with most of the detail sliders set all the way to the right.
