I have several payware aircraft and a couple utilities for FSX, in which I have licensing keys for. Can I legally sell them (one copy) with licensing key?

Like give it to a friend, or like sell them on E-bay?

You have finally decided to sell your copy of FSX, and its various accessories, to some other, poor, unsuspecting customer, BE?
..crafty move!...

In my best legal advice, you can sell it to whoever you want, as long as you dont use it yourself.
This advice may vary in different countries...thinking of the US "strange lawsuits".

The straight answer is no. Unless you live in China. Even then the answer is morally no. Read one of those very long
EULA.

The SWAT team is on their way, they just stopped for a donut.

The answer to the question is still no. It's much like nothing, which we now know cannot be sold..

And finally.. since Be has posted in previous posts that he tried it and reverted back to FS9 means he has read the user agreements. But I don't give a damn what folks do with software. BUT The honest answer is still no.

First and foremost, let's clarify ONE THING... I have not sold off anything to anyone! But, we can compare apples and oranges here... say for instance I bought a car and paid for it fully, by law I can sell it to another individual. Even if I bought a car and was making payments on it, I can sell it to the buyer for a flat rate in either which THEY take over payments OR sell it for what is owed on the loan. I haven't any intent on defrauding any FS developers, it was a simple question! and Steve M, have you personally read every EULA? Probably not, most people don't! Converting back to FS9, I can't use any of the FSX Payware with FS9... so, I should just eat the cost and go back and buy the same product(s) that are compatible with FS9??? Somehow I feel I'm getting screwed over on the deal!!!

Please don't be annoyed at my replies. I didn't mean any harm. I thought you asked if it was legal.
People buy and sell these things all the time so as Fozz said, just do it.
