should I buy the pmdg 737 NGX

So you want to invest in the best for FSX...
This is the Best for FSX, I've owned it since they came out with it on the 12th of August, there is nothing wrong with it, and everything you can imagine, you can do.  The thing with the NGX is that you need to learn everything before you fly it, that means a better FMC than the 747, and being more in detail.  It will run fine on your laptop.  BUT if you put it in with your 747 IT WILL HALF your FPS.  But yes, everything you hear about it is true.  If you want, I can show you pictures and stuff of the NGX before you buy it.  If you need anything else, questions, just ask.

And honestly as soon as the VC loaded the first thing that came into my head was....Holy S**T.

It's stunning it looks like nothing I've ever flown in before and I have a fair amount of payware! I did a quick flight and she was plodding along at about 25fps so that's all good.

I'm about to pull the trigger on the NGX as well, and I have the 744, what do you mean by it'll "Half my FPS"?

I've got them both and I've  not seen any problems yet both load fine and run at about 25fps. The ngx has blown me away it's simply stunning and a dream to fly. The fmc is incredible and real world as I've semren. I'd like some more info about the 747/737 problem if possible. But I've not seen a problem yet
