Desperate help with the ILS and the 757 captain.

So I know where to put the frequency for the ILS and the course, but there's one problem. I click LOC and everything's fine, it catches the localizer, and then I click APP. Now unfortunately there's a huge bug with the Captain Sim 757 and 767 where you can't disconnect individual things separately. For example. You click V/S and then the aircraft reaches it's destined altitude, and ALT hold turns on. But you can't disarm ALT hold or SPD hold, nor can you disarm HDG hold! It's very annoying and I understand that Captain Sim is coming out with a patch that will hopefully fix this and some other things, but for now does anyone know a way around this? Thanks.

Are you absolutely sure this is a bug?  Because on a panel like this, you don't really "disarm" pitch and roll modes during flight, you "change" them to something else.

The only way to disarm all modes is to turn off the FD.
