UTX installation problems

I recently bought the Ultimate terrain X Europe addon, but imediatly after installing I get an error message that it isnt installed right. When I choose to reinstal, I dont get the message again, but I except from blurred and out of focus ground textures, I dont see any difference with the normal FSX-scenery.
I do have UTX upgraded to 1.4 and already tried to instal it on a fresh installation of only windows and FSX, but with no noticable difference.

Does anyone know what goes wrong and how to fix this?

I don't haver UTX.....but, I have Ultimate Alaska X.
Inside your main FSX folder there will be a folder called Flight One Software (assuming that they set it up the same as UAKX). Inside this folder are your UTX files. Look
