Problems with Flight 1 MiG-15

I bought and installed the boxed version of Flight 1's MiG-15 yesterday.  After running the auto-install per instructions and trying to start FS 2004 I get the following msg:

"Windows can not access specified device, path, or file.  You may not have applicable permissions to access the item."

I'm guessing this means I've got to access something having to do with administrator actions, but I'm not sure.  Can anyone enlighten me?

What Operating System are you using - XP, Vista or Win 7 ??
