Problem with Eaglesoft Jets, looking for advice

I just recently discovered how to redownload the Eaglesoft aircraft I that paid for before.  Now on my new system, I'm having trouble with them working.  What happens is if I click the ATC menu (such as to move it or resize it) even accidently, if freezes the sim.  I am running Vista64 if it makes a difference.  I can fly the aircraft all day long and everything works, until I accidently click on the ATC menu.  This is really aggravating, as I love these products and will purchase more once finances allow.

Any ideas, I have emailed support at Eaglesoft, but still haven't had a reply.

HAve you posted this at the Eaglesoft forums or checked there first?

That really is your first line of "defense"  with their products.
