PMDG 737NG Trim Sounds

Hi,

I recently downloaded three pretty realistic sounding trim-files which I'd now like to install. Unfortunately I don't know, how to do this. Can anyone help me?

Those are three files representing the sound of trimming, trimming up and trimming down.
