Ultimate Terrain X, Ultimate Flight Environment

I am considering purchasing Ultimate Terrain X, Ultimate Flight Environment X and Ultimate Ground Environment X.

Anyone have issues with these three addons?  Or can recommend others?  I dont plan to do a lot of individual or specific airport/region adddons for the time being.  I just want the USofA to look better when flying.

I want it. I have a question about GEX, will it help reduce blurries even though I have an AMD athlon x2 @ 2.5GHz? I get really bad blurries even with my 8800GT...
