Payware problems

Gentlemen,

I am having problems with my payware aircraft(citation X) loading FS flight plans into the FMC, I have the sp1 for
the FSX and the Cit X, The VS 2005 update doesn't seem to install correctly, it says gathering info and then closes
there is no confermation of a sucessful install. :-/

Have you tried contacting the publisher?  Also, make sure you've read the manual.  If it's the payware model I'm thinking of, it comes with quite a detailed manual.  If, after reading the manual, you still don't understand the steps, contact the developer with specific questions - detail what you've done, and where it seems you're getting hung up.

Yes, I have, i actually figured it out, but still cant load fs flight plans. TY
