Having delayed the development and release of the Just Flight Spitfire package, we now see why...

Special Editions, with greater funcionality than the JF examples (but at a price)...

A nice knife in the back for everyone that has brought the Just Flight package ::)
So they want people to pay for another package that makes up for all the mistakes in the first one, that is disgraceful >:( Once they've fixed the Just Flight package errors I'll think about it, but not before.....

I wonder if Just Flight will bother to publish any of their work again...

I wonder as well. I can't understand it as the AH Seafire III was definitive, and then the Spitfire package smacked of "just thrown together".
As a Spit lover I have to say I felt disappointed.

I'm glad I didn't waste my money.  I was just thinking about buying that one too.  Between constantly pushing the release dates back, and garbage like this, they are really shooting themselves in the foot.

It's looking like the Corsair package is getting pushed back too...

Kevin
Yes kev, it should be out in about a week or two. That is what Baz has told me. It is also a very big package. I had informed Yurei and he can either wait or pick something else. from what Bazz has told me, it is worth the wait!

Isn't that what they said about the Spitfires?  ;)

Kevin I'm not saying the Spitfire package is bad (unlike some stuff I've seen around), just there are glaring errors that to a purist like myself or Roger is just wrong! Some of the package is brilliant, and some parts flawed (I mean getting paintjobs wrong was just plane slack)....

It's not so much any particular flaw that annoys me.  It's the putting it off again and again.  The whole thing makes them come off as being a bit amatuerish and unproffesional.  They're not the only people that do that, but they do take it to an extreme.  If they don't know when the plane is going to be done, then they shouldn't make promises.  That kind of thing has always bugged me...
