Does anyone know how to get a DME/VOR to show up on the PMDG 737?

Do you mean to get the needles to show up on the ND or just want VORs displayed on the ND?

If you want needles just tune in the desired VOR or ADF and flip the VOR/ADF switch on the EFIS control panel.

To get the high navigation aids displayed, click the STA map switch.
