I decided to start a new topic with my problem with more details.
I'm still a fs2002 user. When i make a flight to Portugal, a couple of miles from the airport (default also) during my decend the land-textures are getting blurry, even my aircraft textures are gone, all white. It only happens with Portugal. The strange thing is, when I start FS go to airport and go to Lisbon, all the textures are there, no problem at all... So Portugal hates me?

Exactly which airports are you having this problem at?  Which cities?  I can check this out for you.

There are a few glitches in FS2002, maybe this is one of them.

It counts for whole Portugal, only in Portugal. When i approach Portugal from the north, a bit of Spain ok, but when i approach Portugal, all the textures are gone, even my aircraft textures...

I just took off from Lisbon, flew around a bit, landed at Lisbon, then from Seville to Lisbon, my first time in Portugal, so I was thinking there might be a software glitch of some kind that I hadn't noticed before but no problems at all.  Sorry, do not have any ideas as to what might be causing this, don't know what to suggest.  Very strange that only Portugal would be affected.  If this problem occurs anywhere else, let us know.

that's the same thing i have here also. I go to airport Lisbon and every texture is there, even the airport works fine. I can depart from Lisbon to anywhere else in Europe, but i cannot arrive in Portugal at all...
When i arrive in Porrugal, all the textures are effected.... very strange..

Run the scanner for FS2002 bgl file problems on this page.

Scans all your scenery bgl files for format errors that can interfere with FS2002's indexing process. This can cause problems such as airports missing from the GoTo Airport window, FS hanging or crashing on startup, and problems with utilities that use facility files, like AFCAD and FSNavigator.
