B--I--G Problem...

Postby captjim » Sun Jul 22, 2007 4:43 pm

:'( Hello fellow simmers, captjim here again.  Tried to get into my FS2002 Pro program and I get this message: ("This application has failed to start because FSmvhlp.dll was not found. (quite frankly I didn't even know I lost it???).  It goes on to say: ("re-installing the application may fix the problem"). WRONG!!.  When I tried to remove the program from the Change/Remove program, I got this message: ("set up was unable to find, or could not read the language specific set resource dll, unable to continue.  re-boot and try again".)  Re-booting did not correct it.  I just re-installed Windows XP home addition svc pk2, again and I  still have the same problem.  Anyone have any ideas whats wrong :-?  Thanks captjim
