In aaddition to my AI dissapearing, I now am having problems with my weather!

I go to "advanced settings" and create 5 or so cloud layers, click ok, go back to the sim, and they never appear! i go back tto the settings and they went back to the original settings! >:(

Anyone know how to fix this?

long shot, but my weather doesn't change unless I first click CLEAR ALL WEATHER .... and then add the clouds etc
