on several occasions, whilst searching for aircraft charts, i have seen this download available:

Does this mean that I can view the chart for any airport in fs just by downloading this on its own, or do i need to already have a chart saved from somewhere??

Hi,

All the needed airport charts are encluded in this program. You can see taxiing your own aircraft along the taxiways... by this you can easily find your way to the ruway or the parking spot. How to do that is explained in the Readme.
Of course these charts are simple and the charts data are in a single file. You display this chart as a popup screen in your cockpit.
