fs2002 crashes agian...

My fs2002 crashes again. It was a while since I had this problem, but now it's back. I installed the new DirectX 9 and than the problem was fixed. I always get the error:

A fatal error has occured....ERROR SIGNATURE....AppName fs2002.exe....Appver 8.0.0.10919....ModName atc.dll....ModVer 0.0.0.0....offset. 00012f29
Program FileFS2002fs2002 dw.cfg
Program Filedxdiag.txt
anyone an idea?
