editing the flight plans

Is there any suitable software that i can download from the internet that shows me the airlines' and airports' timetables where i can also edit flight plans?

TTools by Lee Swordy....I think is meant to decompile the FS2002 traffic.bgl file and then you can edit stuff in their. Search for it here on SimV
