Aircraft Editor Problem

When i start aircraft editor, which is what i use because i don't have the winzip as shown on the help, i go to file, open, then it comes up with the microsoft has discovered a problem and asks to send to them but then it says that the instruction at "0x6c371351" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be read. i need help

I assume you're using the Aircraft Editor to install aircraft. In this case you have to unzip the downloaded file first. WinXP has it's own unzipper utility. Unless you're still using Win98/Me you don't need WinZip.

o i kno what to do i have airplanes downloaded but it just stopped now

FSEdit was never the most reliable piece of software & that's an understatement. The best way would be to learn how to install aircraft manually.
http://www.simviation.com/acinstall.htmIf that doesn't suit you try one of the 3rd party FS Install Manager utilities posted on this site. I've never used them myself but I understand that some work very well.

where can i find the 3rd party thing because i tried the manual way and it didn't work after three tries thank you

There's plenty to choose from. Look in the Utilities section or do a search for FS Manager. I can't recommend one because I've never used them myself.
Don't tell anyone but I've seen good reports of this one.
