instrument rate checkride

i've succeeded student and private pilot certificates, and all instrument flying lessons.But when it comes to instrument checkride, i mess up..
 i fly the VOR approach course, perform a missed approach, and hold pattern, and then instructor doesnt say a thing no more,but i dont know what to do?

can anyone tell me what exactly should i do in this checkride
please
