1) In RL, ATC transimissions are not sent out by perfect, monotone robot entities like in FS.  People talk to eachother.  When switching frequencies, it is kind to exchange pleasentires, such as "good day".

No, there's no way to fix it at night.

2)Could you specify?  Are you refering to YOUR aircraft or AI aircraft?  Because YOU control the lights on your aircraft.  As for the AI, I don't remember whether or not they used nav lights n such in 2002.... somebody else might be able to shed some light on that.

;)

EDIT: Sorry I see you specified default AI aircraft.  In 2004, they do use their lights.  Maybe somebody knows of a fix for 2002. :)

I understand the 'pleasantries' between A.T.C and Cockpit Crew but what I was getting at is whether the programme in FS 2002 automatically changes the 'pleasantries' to reflect the correct time of day or night during tradio transmissions for example.....GOOD DAY during daylight ops and......GOOD NIGHT....for nightime operations, Is there a way to modify the programme to reflect this?

None of the AI aircrafts in FS2002 have lights illuminated during the day they are seen only at night operations which is by default.
Is there anyway that the programme can be modified so you see the aircraft lights during the day also?

Thanks in advance for your response.
