Normally the gear are listed in the first 3 points. Wheels are class 1 (the first entry after Point.x=). The tail wheel, or nose wheel can be identified by its Longitudinal Position (the second entry), being farther aft, if a tail wheel, of the other 2 wheel entries. Its lateral position will most likely be 0.

Not always the case but it's usually point.0. You should be able to tell from the lateral position which will be 0 (centre). This is from the default Corsair.

point.0=1, -18.00,   0.00, -3.35, 3200.0, 0, 0.50,180.0, 0.25, 2.5, 0.90, 1.0, 4.00, 0, 0, 200         //tail wheel
