If I'd seen this in the Scenery forum I would have answered it. To do what you wish you need a basic knowledge of scenery design. Most older 3rd party aircraft (FS98 aircraft are best) can be converted into static objects with a little utility named M98toBGL. http://www.simviation.com/fsdesign_scenery5.htm
I find this easier to use than the updated version MDLtoBGL. http://www.avsim.com/hangar/utils/mdltobgl/

Once converted the aircraft can be placed individually as separate BGL files or exported as API macros. The latter can be imported into a conventional scenery design program like FS Scenery Creator http://www.fssc.avsim.net/
or Airport for Windows http://www.airportforwindows.com/
& placed wherever you wish. I find this method more convenient.

I prefer to use AI traffic for this job in FS2002/4. You can add any installed aircraft to the AI database with TTools & create flight plans for them. Check out the TTools & AFCAD forum to see how this is done.
