Hi is there any way i can install the flight plans witout having to extract all the files and then compile again is there a way i can do it like in fs9
If I read your question right, then the answer is No.
Fs2002 only 'sees' the file named 'traffic.bgl', so all changes/additions to the AI flight plans must be done

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
ok thanks i still have one more question after installing UT for fs2002 my Ai is still terrible they park anywherethey want to and airports like Palma dont even have ai is there a way to solve this??
Regarding AI planes at airports, you'll have to download AFCAD (and if you don't already have it, TTools) - AFCAD permits you to add/change runway & taxiway routes to airports, and you can add/modify AI parking spaces (including lining them up or changing the direction the planes park in).
