is it possible to go into FS9 extract GPS files and install or replace similiar files in FS2002..My 2002 has been built to a very nice folder doing all I want. the only thing interesting or more developed in FS 9 thay I would like is the GPS....

No.  But you can find some '02-compatible GPS's that look a lot like FS9's.
