fs 2002 wont start

After formarting my hard disk fs 2002 won`t start.
by clicking the shortcut.
i had this problem in the past also but i cant remember how to solve this.

Will it run from explorer (clicking on fs2002.exe)?

If so, just create another shortcut to it.

Maybe your firewall is detecting it wanting to connect to the 'net when it loads and is blocking it.  It happened to me and I just reconfigured my firewall (Sygate).

Just a thought.
