AI Aircraft Lights

Postby edzmen » Fri Sep 10, 2004 8:43 am

Howcan you set the AI aircraft to fly with their navigation or landing lights switched on during the day?

They dont seem to use any lightning at all in the daylight hours. Doesn't seem very accurate with normal aircraft in the world?

Is there anything you can alter to make them turn on?

Cheers!

There are entries in the aircraft cfg file for lights. Just look at any of the default aircraft. The only thing that I am not sure of is if the actual model has to have the actual light for these entries to work correctly. And if that is the case there is no way to alter the model of any plane AI or anyother for that matter. Short of having the source code used to make the model and edit that than remake the model.
