Flight Levels HELP !

When i fly a 747 or 737 or 777 on flight levels more than 32000ft-s my airplane is not horizontal at all,his nose is a little up,and tail is down,if I give him more speed its overspeed so i have to get her back to normal.I realy dont know how to solve this problem.
and andother question,How the hell concorde could fly all way to USA from UK when there is not enough fuel,and he cant fly more than 30000ft or his nose will be up and tail donw like i sad before.....

Without getting overly complicated with you, having a slight upward pitch during cruise is completely normal  :)

It is most fuel efficient that way. If you want to lower the nose (pitch angle) you have to go faster to maintain the same speed and altitude. As fuel burns off the positive pitch angle will decrease

Regarding the concorde, you are aware that you have to manually move the fuel to avoid getting tail heavy (aft Centre of Gravity)?
Are you using the Afterburners correctly?

Well I understad about pitch,try it,but about concorde,I use afterburners correctly,but it is same problem,and what should i do to use them correctly

I agree with Nexus - a slight upward pitch is normal with most fully loaded planes. This is even more noticeable on a fully loaded 767.

With Concorde's afterburners: they should only be used for take-off, and then acceleration between M1.0 and M1.7. With both the Microsoft and Project Mach 2 Concordes there is enough fuel for the Heathrow/JFK trip with a healthy reserve at the end. Use the autopilot to stay at Mach 2.0 and start off with the wing tanks full and the two centre tanks at about 85%.
