Problem climbing in 757-200

Just downloaded the IFDG 757-200 in the Song livery for FS2002.  Everything was going ok until I got to FL100.  At that point I tried to increase the IAS to 300 but the plane failed to increase speed.  I even tried to set it to Mach and still failed.  After about Fl180 the plane began to lose both speed and altitude.  Very frustrating.  I was climbing at 1,300 fpm which is propoer procedure for this aircraft.

Any thoughts?  Anyone else have this problem?

Your IAS won't increase, but check-out your groundspeed ;)

Groundspeed is decreasing as well.  Never gets above 290 KTS.

I've had trouble with icing at times and it causes simailar problems, Check your OAT guage and turn the wing deicer on if needed.

Is the plane fully loaded or what? Large airplanes tend to be bricks when fully loaded. Specially if it's hot out.
