Help I just installed my new CH yoke, my problem is as soon as I give it throttle if goes off to right and goes in circles. I managed to get it up in the air one time despite that and in the air I had good control. I flew around and landed no problems. But evertime I start I go in circles. I have calibrated as best as I can.
Has anyone had this problem?
How do i correct it?
Regards,
Chief

Try turning autorudder on in the realism settings and taking the tourque and P-factor settings all of the way down, they are pretty much useless if you don't have rudder pedals.

Hi Chomp_Rock,
I tried your suggestion, but it's still the same; any other suggestions? Anyone?

No I do not have rudder peddles!
The interesting thing is that the problem is just as I apply power for take off ONLY.
I have some saved flights in the air that I use to practice landing. So this morning I did one of those and flew around and then landed perfectly, while on run way after landing I paused FS for a minute then taxied to hanger with complete control.
But then exited FS then came on to take off and agian same problem ! Preplexing ??

If this is a twin engine aircraft check to make sure that both throttles move when you move the yoke's throttles.
I have seen where the throttles will not move together with out pressing f1 ;f2 ; f3 or f4.
Make sure you have calibrated the yoke correctly and that your assignments are correct.

Hi Gary,
I am having trouble with a single engine plane (Cessna 172), but also with twin engine planes, I have tried different planes and have the same problem with all. I also made sure there were no brakes stuck.
I have reported this problem to Ch support so but so far no response from them.
I figured some one on here could help me, I appreciate all responses.
Regards ,
Chief

I hope you get your problrm solved.
I do not see why the yoke would cause this type of problem. But then again I have seen some strange things so who knows.
If you did not have this problem before you installed the yoke then It must be the yoke that is causing the problem. I use the ch rudder peddals and have no problems with them.
Lots of luck

Chief, I don't know if this will help you, but it can't hurt. It worked for me. I have both, the CH Yoke (USB) and the CH Pro Pedals (USB) I had the same problem once. That's why I asked you if you had pedals. But, this should be no different for auto-rudder. When it happened to me, this is what I did.........First I closed FS. Then I did a restart. I then went into game controllers in control panel and tested both controllers and recalibrated each of them even though they showed OK. I closed game controllers and started FS. I went into settings in FS and calibrate joystick and tested them again in the sim. Then I rechecked all joystick axis in assignments. I selected create a flight, chose my plane and everything from then on has been OK. Hope it helps, can't think of anything else.

Thanks to everyone, I did a little of everything that was suggested. And kept tweaking with all of your ideas and finally got it working!
Much Appreciated,
