kford, kbwi and other's problem. Help!!!!

Recently I have been having problem loading flight plans from any baltimore, virginia or any airport close to those two. I don't have that problem with any other airport. I also get a massive slow down in frame rate, if I schedule flight plans to those airport: When I am on approach everytging just slows down to a tick. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Have you put on any add-on scenery for this area? Or have you increased your AI?

I have actually done both. I even noticed that most of my key assignments have been disabled. I had to re-enable them but I am still having that problem. I don't know what AI I had loaded previously for this to happen and I had them on now for quite a while before this problem start accurring. Do you know how to rectify. I need serious help.
