You get some extra aircraft (Cessna 208 on wheels, Mooney Bravo, Beechcraft Baron 58 and Beechcraft King Air 350), Gmax and the plugins to create aircraft for 2002 (I might be wrong on the aircraft though).

The GMAX is relatively worthless since you can download a better version of it for free from GMAX.

The additional aircraft are important because they include additional gauges that are used by many add on aircraft.

Jim.
Don't you need the plugin that converts the GMAX model into a form that's useable by FS? (the .mdl file?) When I tried (admittedly about 18 months ago) this plugin was only available on the 2002Pro discs, not on the GMAX website.

???

I don't know.  I don't design aircraft.  I'm more of a panel guy.

I doubt it but I've never made an in depth comparison.  If there were any scenery or facilities differences I'm sure MS would have pointed that out.

I don't think so, besides, like Webb said, MS would have said so :)

I personally think Pro is better. You get more airplanes, and some of those have gauges that you will need. And since MS is strict on copyrights, you won't be able to find them anywhere else.
