Level flight

How come i can not seem to keep the flights level i seem to be eiether climbing or dropping . When i get to the right flight height how do i maintain

ive been adjusting it but cant seem to get it spot on to maintain level flight

As Hyperion said......use the trim!
Not just a little bit,but try untill you'll find the correct setting!  ;)
